    For New Year's Eve...I'm going to church that day and pray and give thanks...that I was spared such major misfortunes. My hit-and-run & stolen leather jacket beginning of the year is by no comparisons to those who've experienced far worse....the hurricanes, the earthquakes, the killings in Iraq (or even in their neighborhoods)....

    I may complain of having no one to truly share my life with....but in reality, I am still blessed w/ family & friends. Still blessed with a life....still blessed to keep going. I hope during the holidays you participated in something great...some sort of donation giving --> either donating clothes to Goodwill, volunteering to give food, donating toys to kids....and like the link above mentions...nothing is better than actually being there and doing it.


    I'm full of seriousness lately...I just have a lot to think about...a lot to ponder...
